Policy and Notes
Payment Schedule – 100% due at the time of booking.
Security Deposit – A pre-authorization of $300 is due 2 days before arrival and released 10 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy – Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 47% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
Please read the following house rules:
- NO Parties!
- Quiet Hours: 8pm to 8am. Noise which disturbs neighbors is prohibited 24 hours a day. Please be considerate.
- No smoking/vaping is not allowed inside or on the back porch. Fees will apply if evidence of smoking/vaping is found inside.
- No confetti. No Glitter. No colored bath bombs.
- Wash all kitchen items (dishes, etc.) used during your stay or start the dishwasher.
- Do not flush anything except toilet paper.
- Wash towels, sheets, & pillow cases in the laundry room.
- Guests must lock all external doors upon checking out.
- Please place all trash in the provided outside trash cans.
- Please pick up after your pets.
Fees & Charges:
While we strive to make every guest’s stay comfortable and enjoyable, but certain damages or rule violations may result in non-negotiable charges. The exact fee, when applicable, will be determined by the hosts on a case-by-case basis. Fees may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Excessive Cleaning – Additional $100 fee
Unauthorized Guests – $50 per guest, per night.
Unauthorized Pets – $400 per pet.
Late Checkout – $50 per hour.
Smoking/Vaping Indoors – $250 fee.
Item Replacements:
Comforter – $70
Sheet set (includes pillowcases) – $50
Bath towel – $12 each
Beach towel – $20 each
Mattress protector – $60
Throw/Winter blanket – $45 Fees & Charges
Lost key fee – $100
Additional fees will apply to guests that do not take care of our space and cause excessive cleaning and/or damage. Charges for damages and broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis. Damages and additional charges are non-negotiable.
