Lots of space for everyone including Fido and Fifi plus the 10 master bedrooms for privacy when you want it! Beautifully decorated with the colors of the sea to relax and enhance your visit to the beach. The unique split-level design gives plenty of room to stretch out and still stay connected with the family. The kitchen and dining room are open and big enough for all guests at one time. Enjoy ocean views from all the decks or relax inside in one of the two living areas. A rec room on the ground level has a pool table, foosball and ping pong table and is located next to the indoor pool. New owners have many major and minor upgrades planned to continuously improve this beachfront property.

All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens. We provide 1 bath towel and wash cloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel, 1 bar soap, and 2 makeup removing wipes per bathroom sink. We provide kitchen towels and hot pads. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Indoor private pool with pool heat is available year around. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.

Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit – A pre-authorization of $1000 is due 2 days before arrival and released 10 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy – Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 45 days before arrival; Guest receives 47% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
