Beautifully decorated with the colors of the sea to relax and enhance your visit to the beach. The unique split-level design gives plenty of room to stretch out and still stay connected with the family. The kitchen and dining room are open and big enough for all guests at one time. Enjoy ocean views from all the decks or relax inside in one of the two living areas. A rec room on the ground level has a pool table, foosball and ping pong table and is located next to the indoor pool. New owners have many major and minor upgrades planned to continuously improve this beachfront property.

Endless Playtime Sandbridge makes your stay effortless and enjoyable from the moment you arrive. Fresh bed linens are provided for every bed, along with a bath towel, washcloth, and beach/pool towel for each guest. Each bathroom sink is stocked with a hand towel, and the kitchen is ready with clean towels and hot pads. All beds are made prior to your arrival so you can start relaxing right away.
To help you settle in, we also provide a starter supply of essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and in each shower, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Hand soap is provided at every sink for your convenience.

Policies & Rules
Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit – A pre-authorization of $1000 is due 2 days before arrival and released 10 days after departure.
Cancellation Policy – We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to make the process as easy as possible. Please note that travel insurance, damage protection, and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable.
The Refund Policy is as follows:
Full Refund: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: After the initial 48-hour window, if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive 50% of the nightly rate plus the cleaning fee.
Less Than 7 Days: Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
We always recommend considering travel insurance for extra peace of mind, so you can book your stay with confidence.
House Rules: We kindly ask all guests to respect and follow the house rules. This helps ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please note that violations may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or early removal from the property.

Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Noise which disturbs neighbors is prohibited 24 hours a day. Please be considerate.
No smoking/vaping is not allowed inside. Fees of $200 will apply if evidence of smoking/vaping is found inside.
No confetti. No Glitter. No colored bath bombs.
Please rinse sand off before entering the pool to avoid damage to the pump. A $100 excess cleaning fee will be charged if excess sand is found in pool.
Wash all kitchen items (dishes, etc.) used during your stay or start the dishwasher.
Do not flush anything except toilet paper.
Place towels, sheets, & pillow cases by the laundry room.
Please place all trash in the provided outside trash cans.
Please pick up after your pets.
Guests must lock all external doors upon checking out.
While we strive to make every guest’s stay comfortable and enjoyable, certain damages or rule violations may result in non-negotiable charges. The exact fee, when applicable, will be determined by the hosts on a case-by-case basis. Fees may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Excessive Cleaning/Damage – Additional $100 fee
Unauthorized Guests – $50 per guest, per night.
Unauthorized Pets – $400 per pet.
Late Checkout – $150 per hour.
Excess Sand in Pool – $100 excess cleaning fee.
Smoking/Vaping Indoors – $200 fee.
